Electrician

The install was super easy, the instructions from GridFree are great and the whole kit was fully set up and ready for our customer to use in less than a day. They haven't had a single issue with it, the Epever gear is working perfectly, and the user instructions in the supplied manual mean they haven't needed to ask us any follow up questions at all. Would definitely recommend these kits and look forward to installing more.

Backup

Our kit was bought as an "independent from grid" backup as we seem to have increasing numbers of power outages during the year at our semi-rural home. We are currently running our fridge, chest freezer and internet 24/7 and other appliances as needed from strategically placed 3-pin wall sockets. Only the oven and water cylinder are on the grid now with capacity to switch lighting circuits over during power outages being schemed with a local electrical engineer! We love our GridFree system as the peace of mind is comforting. The easy install instructions were a doddle too. Thanks GridFree!

Couldn't be happier

Gel Battery Upgrades:

This type of lithium battery is highly expandable (up to 160 batteries) but consideration must be made for racking and correct cabling.

Solar Panel Upgrades:
We recommend a maximum of 20 panels on this controller.
This controller has 2 MPPT inputs. This is great for expandability as both arrays are completely independent so they can be of different size, facing or panel type to each other.
