Kākāpō Solar Nest | All-In-One Cabinet Solution

The GridFree Kākāpō Solar Nest Cabinet is a comprehensive, all-in-one outdoor solar solution designed as a true grid replacement for larger off-grid families and lifestyle blocks. Ideal for properties without grid access, it provides a faster, easier, and more cost-effective installation. The fully outdoor-rated, IP55 cabinet is built for durability, easy relocation, and resilience against harsh environmental conditions.

Powered by the TBB Renewable Raython M15 series, this system is factory-assembled, internally prewired, and includes all essential components except for installation-specific elements. This significantly reduces installation time and complexity. Designed to fully replace traditional grid power, it features an integrated off-grid hybrid inverter, lithium battery modules, E4 monitoring, and comprehensive AC/DC/PV power distribution in one robust, weatherproof unit.

Battery Upgrades:
This cabinet can store up to 8 batteries internally.
We supply battery dedicated cabinets for futher expansion. The limit for batteries is 32 without a battery hub and 160 with a hub.

Solar Panel Upgrades:
We recommend a maximum of 56 panels on this controller. For further expansion, additional cabinets must be wired in parallel.
This controller has 4 MPPT inputs. This is great for expandability as both arrays are completely independent so they can be of different size, facing or panel type to each other.
