Keryn in Rangitukia
"We finally got to setup our solar system. It is setup in Rangitukia which is the most easterly place in the southern hemisphere therefore the first place to get the sun each day! The cabins are used intermittently during the year although will be great during the winter months when power cuts are common, for my family who live on the property."

This off-grid solar install near Dargaville was done for another customer by Ben from @inti.design.nz - the buildings were prefabricated and dropped on the site!

"I've had a bit of solar install experience and found the install part relatively easy combined with supplied schematic. It took me about a day to install and wire panels, batteries and MCB Switchboard."

We also spent some time working on solar over the holidays! We had some groundscrews we finally got a chance to try out, so spent a few days up north installing the ground screws, a mount, and 6 panels.
