The Bach Kit is running great, runs everything in our tiny house no problems. So far never been under 60% and on that day I did a couple loads of washing and it was overcast.
We run a rinnai infinity gas califont, standard size fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, tv, radio, blender, all house hold lights, my toddlers night light. Occasionally wall fans. And even no problem charging all power tools and using them while building the back porch/ solar room! The freedom of being off the grid and a solo mum is amazing.
We are loving tiny living and very happy with the Bach Kit purchase :) . Off grid is definitely a learning curve and I've made some mistakes along the way. One thing I would do different if had time again would be to set the solar panels up in the paddock on a frame and not on the roof.
